REMC Celebrating 75 Years!

On Friday, Feb. 22, 1939, little Peggy Phillips threw the switch that brought the current flowing into the living room of the Lawrence Phillips home. Theirs was the first home in the county to be energized by Kosciusko County REMC. Seventy-five years later, Kosciusko REMC provides electricity to over 17,500 homes, businesses, and farms in parts of Kosciusko, Fulton, Wabash and Whitley counties.
